P1 Walk 60km

For 12 weeks I have been building up my fitness by walking with my mum and my dog. We began with 5km walks and have slowly made them longer and longer. Over the weeks we walked usually 3 nights a week and so have walked more than 180kms!

The walks got easier which shows that my fitness improved and I feel better after doing it.

This is me walking with my dog Vader.

  1. I'm impressed. 5km is quite a long walk. I bet your dog appreciated all the walks. I love the nice relaxed feeling you get after going for a walk. Did you always walk the same route?
